This is me now.

For the most part, I’m physically fit. I perform Parkour and Freerunning, and display an overall expert level of performance when it comes to any sport. When I look at my body, I want more. More muscles, more definition, more strength. With-out much hesitation, I’m on the path of “body building.” I already know something have to change about my eating habits and resting habits, so lets see how this all goes..

Building the body..

So, its been about a month since I been back in the gym working legs directly.  I do see the progression I made and last night at SEGA was no exception.

The new Moon on Moonday is powerful with Mars at the anarectic degree of Pisces. Today, Tuesday it enters tropical Aries for 39 days, which is a sign clear assertive warrior like energy.  Look out for over aggression and breathe deeply into all thoughts and show compassion.

V Day

So it’s the day of blood and such. Lets train. Heading down to Centennial Park today.

Workout

Really enjoying my workouts lately. I start all squat clean at 135 pounds and I do the same for my bench press. Today was good day lots of upgrades.

Saturday

Today is a day of rest and getting better. I’ve been sick, major head cold. Took a day trip yesterday to Asheville,NC and completed shamanic prayer with Benjamin Bernstein of itsallgoodastrology.
